Waist (body) Measure the full circumference where the waistband will rest — about 1–2 in (2–5 cm) below your belly button. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.

Hip (body) Measure the full circle around the widest part of your hips and seat, feet together.

Inseam (inside-leg length) With your legs straight, measure from the crotch seam (top of the inner thigh) straight down the inside of your leg to the point on your calf where the Capri hem should finish — just below your knee.

Four-way stretch for full freedom of movement. Mid-rise elastic waistband sits comfortably at the natural waist. No side seams for a smooth, form-fitting silhouette. Sublimation printed — the design is part of the fabric, not on top of it.
