Tahini Green Smoothie Recipe

I love a good green smoothie. I drink them all the time. But occasionally, I like to mix things up a little, and Tahini is one of my favorite ways to do it. This creamy dairy-free Tahiti green smoothie comes together in seconds. Just add baby spinach, avocado, zucchini, banana, tahini, ginger, and chia seeds and mix them together in the water. Add cacao nibs for a burst of flavor and now you have a golden way to start the day!

Ingredients:

  • 37 milliliters Water
  • 45 grams Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 Zucchini (diced, frozen)
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)
  • 15 grams Tahini
  • 2 grams Ginger (fresh)
  • 12 grams Chia Seeds
  • Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs

Directions:

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, add some cacao nibs and enjoy!

  • More Protein
