Do you want something healthy to start your day off right? Smoothies are a great way to add fresh produce to your diet because they’re quick and easy to make. Plus, there are endless ways to combine ingredients to make deliciously healthy smoothies. For the past week, I’ve been drinking a smoothie every day and continue to come up with new flavor combinations. There are a few smoothie recipes that I feel myself going back to again and again because they’re just so good. One of them is the Orange Immunity Booster Smoothie. This refreshing orange smoothie is great for this time of the year when we can get the sniffles. Fresh oranges contain a good dose of Vitamin C to protect our immunity, add frozen banana, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, flaxseed, almond milk, and maple syrup and blend. I'd like a smoothie topped with cacao nibs for a kick. Remember, it's important to make sure we do a bit more to stay healthy.
