These hearty cookies are made from banana, vanilla protein powder, oats, almond butter, cinnamon, and dried unsweetened cranberries. What I love about these ingredients is that they are wholesome, bananas and dried cranberries add just the right amount of natural sugar without being overly sweet. Ingredients:
- 1/8 Banana (mashed)
- 3 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- 10 grams Oats
- 31 grams Almond Butter
- 163 milligrams Cinnamon
- 4 grams Dried Unsweetened Cranberries
- Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350oF (177oC). Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add protein powder and mix well.
- Mix in the oats, almond butter, cinnamon, dried cranberries and cacao nibs from The Koko Samoa. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down gently with a fork to flatten. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
